The surgery Dr. Gerlach performed, using the iFuse system, for a spinal fusion of the sacrum and ileum produced results that I noticed as soon as I awoke from the procedure. After 20 years of pain and sacroiliac dysfunction, my pelvis is stable, and though I am still healing, I have very little to no discomfort or pain. It was truly amazing, and I am grateful to Dr. Gerlach and his excellent team for this life-changing surgery.
