My Echocardiogram test results came in when my regular Internist is on a well deserved vacation! Dr. Hess called, went over test results, explained and answered all my questions in terms I understood. I am sure that he is a very busy physician but listened and answered all my concerns very clearly and patiently. He eased my mind regarding my A-Fib. God bless Matt Hess and all hardworking Medical professionals. Regards, Teresa
