Patient Reviews
Apr 04, 2023
It was my first surgery. Dr Dipaola and staff at Buffalo VA were sensitive to my well being from the beginning til the very end, addressing all of my concerns. Highly skilled surgeon and communicator, I had minimal discomfort, and everyone was on the same page. Tony at Physical Therapy was excellent at teaching me, while challenging me to properly care for my shoulder. Talented and caring staff, thank you Tony! Dr Dipaola, you run a great show! Thank you and the Buffalo VA staff for making this a most positive experience. Margaret Pinzone, USN RET.
