No trait is more valuable in a Doctor than a willingness to listen to a patient. Dr. Smith did not chastise me for waiting until age 66 for my first colonoscopy and performed the operation flawlessly. On my follow-up visit when all he really needed to do was let me know 'there is no problem, everything came back ok', he was kind enough to let me rant about non-gastro related problems I was dealing with that day. What a kind man! This is a busy office that performs smoothly. Everyone from the front door to the anesthesiologist is kind and do not give you any impression of being rushed. Thank you to the whole team!
