Dr. Matthew Rauschenberger assisted with hospitalization at Riverside in 2019. His medical notes were impeccable and caring. The most accurate details were entered with much time and attention. I am grateful he captured what was happening so the handling downstream could be done efficiently with all the information clearly stated. Thank you.
