I was sent to the ER for a possible blood clot in my leg after surgery. Dr. Madisetty was my attending physician. He ordered all the preventive tests and consulted with my orthopedic team for treatment. I was sent home with medication; however, I was called by the Radiologist once I got home, to let me know two other small blood clots were found in my chest. I received a personal phone call from Dr Madisetty the following day, Apologizing for not spotting the two blood clots in my chest area. He was very sincere, and I think I personally felt bad for missing them. However, that is a Radiologist job, especially if they are very small. Should you go to the ER, hopefully, he will be your dr! I feel its very rare for doctors to speak up like that!
