Dr. Garner is a highly skilled orthopedic trauma surgeon who provides exceptional care and who communicates effectively with his patients. He successfully repaired my shoulder fractures using minimally invasive techniques. He thoroughly explained all procedures and worked with me to manage my pain. I offer him my highest recommendation!
