I can corroborate and repeat the review left by another patient two days ago: "I've just switched to Kiaser Permanente and met Dr Handley. The experience was wonderful. He had spent hours reviewing my history beforehand. He then sat for nearly an hour and we discussed my health priorities. He listened carefully and had keen insights. I am amazed and impressed with his thoughtfulness and professional yet caring manner." He also gave me key info re certain conditions I didn't get from other docs.
