Dr Mervis is highly regarded for his medical knowledge and for how much he cares about his patients. Other physicians recommended his practice to me. He makes me feel comfortable and empowered by helping me making decisions that are based in evidence, always taking the time to explain his recommendations to me. At every visit, he addresses all of my concerns and I always leave feeling like I have taken charge of my health care and am more informed thanks to his professionalism and care.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
