I would challenge anyone to find a better, more caring and educated Dr. in Santa Barbara. His expertise across the board is absolutely incredible. If he doesn’t know an answer to a medical problem you needing treatment for he will find out how it can be treated if he feels a particular treatment is best treated by a specialist, Dr. Payne will get you in ASAP by making a phone call to that particular physician. However, it’s rare he doesn’t have the expertise to treat you and always follow up soon to make the expected progress is being made. His demeanor is quite relaxed yet uplifting you know prior to leaving his office you are in great hands. Parker F.
