Dr. Parckard is a very kind, polite and considerate Radiologist. Very knowledgeable in answering questions specific to the treated area. The nicest part about seeing Dr. Parckard is that he is certainly easy on the eye. In all seriousness, he is a very well informed and sensitive Doctor
