I am from out of town, and was looking for a doctor to consult with after a fall. I found Dr. Matthew Welch on the internet and went to his office in Panama City Beach. I was met by a friendly and professional staff. The consultation with Dr. Welch was all I could hope for. He listened to the problems related to my fall, and my concern for the future. His analysis of my current condition was spot on. His direction for what I should do in the future was intelligent and helpful. I am a senior who has had many good doctors over the years, and I would rank Dr. Welch as one of the best.
