I saw Dr. Win last year because my physician left this practice due to ill health. Dr. Win seems to be very caring and empathetic towards his patients. He is also very thorough and makes certain everything is up to date. He does not rush you when in the office and takes the time needed with each patient. I have recommended Dr. Win to my husband and family.
