To level out the previous review, she is a dr working in an ICU, unfortunately surrounded by patients in critical condition. Having less inpatient days is good for a hospital, plus it means your recovering. For my family, she was straight forward and to the point, calming our worries when we were in an unfamiliar city. She has little to no personality, but isn't that the common stereotype about doctors?
