My former endocrinologist retired over 2 years ago. Finding a replacement doctor in North County San Diego has been difficult. Dr. Mba was suggested to me by a staff member at the office of one of the former physicians I had seen, but who no longer was seeing patients with diabetes. Needless to say, I was both apprehensive and hopeful that my appointment with Dr. Mba would be a positive experience. I am delighted to report that my appointment went really well. Dr. Mba is a true professional, displaying all the traits that one would like from a physician. He listens, asks appropriate questions, reads reports and notes provided by the patient, but most importantly, he is truly interested and caring. I left the office feeling confident that my diabetic health care is in good hands.
