I was not too excited to take my aunt to see this doctor based on her 2.5 star rating. This was my second appointment that day. I took my mother to another doctor then took my aunt to this doctor and the comparison was black and white. I felt Farhat was patient and spoke slowly to my aunt and listened to what she had to say. Especially speaking to seniors I believe that is important. She took time to examine her and asked those questions that medicare makes them ask. My aunt did want to see a Gastroenterologist and she responded let's see. She was able to ask about her concerns and placed my aunt at ease she didn't need to see one based on her concerns. My take was giving a referral cost you nothing and if someone has a concern to put their mind at ease you should give the referral. I'm sure my aunt is going to change her mind and inquire to me about seeing a Gastroenterologist again :-). Farhat has improved based on these previous ratings she did the work to turn her ratings
