I cannot believe the bad reviews I have seen here!!! Dr. Paulus is AMAZING. Yes, I waited, 15 minutes, not bad at all. She answered all my questions, was kind and had a great bedside manner. I love her PA too. She took my severely arthritic foot (at 52), that had caused me so much pain that I couldn't sleep during the night and fixed it. No pain in that foot anymore! She works on BONES, that's her specialty. I was so well informed before my surgery, my healing was ahead of schedule and my life is better. I didn't even take pain meds other than Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen.Dr.'s no longer have the luxury of spending as much time as they want with patients. The insurance companies make a lot of these terrible rules and the Dr.'s are forced to adhere to them.
