I had torn my achilles after a bad fall. I was told to see Dr Paulus as she is the best. When meeting Dr Paulus she told me my options and we decided what would be best long term for me. I opted to have the surgery. I have never had surgery before and was a little nervous. After the surgery I had very minimal pain. I have strictly folowed Dr. Paulus's post op instructions and although it was rough I had success. I am currently in PT and on my healing journey. Dr. Paulus is an excellent surgeon. I highly reccomend her for any foot or ankle pain or injury.
