Dr. Kelly was my OBGYN for several years, and delivered my 3 children- 2 C-sections and 1 vag. birth. My 2nd delivery turned into an emergency C-section, with the cord wrapped around my son’s neck, which she handled with ease. She is easy to talk to, explains treatment thoroughly, gave me my options very clearly, and all with a very calming presence. I felt very safe and well taken care of in her hands. I would highly recommend Dr Kelly to anyone.
