Patient Reviews
Nov 18, 2024
Dr. Schimpf was, in my opinion, perfect. She is simultaneously professional, knowledgeable, capable and empathetic. Her bedside manner was informative but warm; after my surgery, she responded to any questions I had same day with answers and ideas. She independently checked in on me several times to make sure I was doing okay - not only is she an amazing surgeon and doctor, she is gifted with communication and obviously cares a great deal about her patients. I feel so lucky that she is my doctor and grateful that Michigan Medicine can recruit and retain doctors like her. It is obvious that she loves what she does and went into medicine for all the right reasons. Thank you Dr. Schimpf and staff.
