I have been a patient of Dr. Ona for close to 10 years. To be clear: I have no patience for physicians who are indifferent, patronizing or incompetent. I was happy to perceive that he is the opposite of those things. I immediately felt that he listened to me in a way that doctors rarely do anymore. He took the time to answer all my questions before and after procedures. Communication with his office was excellent. I found him to be genuinely caring, professional and more than competent - yet still humble and approachable. I not only like him, I respect and trust him. I am very opinionated when it comes to medical professionals. He is a rarity and I am grateful to have found him.
