I saw 2 E.N.T.'s before being referred to Dr. Townsend. I had a Biopsy's and a C.T. Scan with Dr. Ruth in Bowling Green but, had to move to Owensboro before I got the results. Had the results sent to Dr. Logan where he ordered 2 Biopsy's and a P.E.T. Scan in Owensboro. When he got the results back he said he was not able to make a decision on my diagnosis and said he wanted to refer me to a Specialist at U of L Health-U of L Physicians who was really good with the type of case that I had. On my first visit with Dr. Townsend, she wanted to get another C.T. Scan to get a better look, but told me what she thought about the diagnosis, and she actually pinpoint diagnosed exactly right everything just as it would turn out in the end. I'm going back in to the office today 6 weeks after the final session of 25 Radiation Treatments at 50 Gray exactly like she said the Dr. would prescribe. She is an amazingly awesome person and absolutely the best Doctor and Surgeon honest & truely in the world.
