I needed an ASAP new patient appointment for my 89 yr old mother who was experiencing a lot of knee and hip pain. My primary recommended this office and they were able to fit her in the next morning after I called. I read the other reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect since the majority were 5’s but some 1’s which really drags down the overall rating. I have used this site but have never bothered to do a review. I had a great experience and feel lucky to have gotten Dr. Hawkins-Holt assigned to my mom. We felt confident in her knowledge, explanation of options, treatment plan. I am very appreciative that she was so patient with my very hard of hearing mom. She did not rush us and was personable with a good “bed side manner”.
