Dr. Keene was very personable. She sat down after introducing herself & set the tone for a very relaxed & engaging atmosphere. After I explained the reason for my appointment, she was very thorough in answering my questions & making sure that I understood her explanations. She did not make me feel as though she had to rush through my appointment to get to her next patient. I felt very relaxed with her and confident that she understood my concerns. I will definitely return to her for future care & I will highly recommend her to anyone needing her care.
