Dr. Melissa Quevillon was busy, the nurses were busy, the ER was full, ambulances kept coming in. In spite of that, I cannot find enough words to describe how impressed we were with the focus, the explanations, why I was having certain tests, her reviewing my medical records from another doctor at the hospital some time ago, the ability for me to have input on some pain meds for home if I needed them, what to do next, what to watch out for and so much more. My husband was there with me and was also very impressed with her demeanor, thoroughness, focus and the care she showed toward us. With something like Diverticulitis, I may well wind up there again. I can only hope she will be on duty then too.
