Two years ago, I was diagnosed with Palindromic Rheumatism. Although my rheumatologist recommended starting medication, I asked if I could first explore dietary changes. With Dr. Grovit's expert guidance on diet and supplements, I've experienced significant improvement and successfully lowered the inflammatory markers in my blood work.Sticking to the diet 100% of the time has been a challenge, and I've noticed that whenever I stray from it, I wake up the next morning with some joint swelling. This has shown me just how impactful these dietary adjustments are. I'm incredibly grateful for the tools I've gained to manage my inflammation and control my joint pain naturally.
