Dr. Pon was fabulous, easy to talk with, professional in answering questions, but not stiff and unapproachable. Gave good explanation of procedure and didn't just pop in to see us once, gave time to think over information and asked questions again. Nice sense of humor and reason to call him Dr. Pon. The best I have seen and had for an anesthesiologist.
