Dr. Frais has a great bedside manner. Is very caring, personable, and knowledgeable. He ordered appropriate tests. He takes your history himself, although he knows the nurse has already made a few notes. Excellent physical exam. Makes sure you get your appts scheduled in a timely manner, and quickly reports the findings and plan. I am very pleased.
