I am leaving this review so that other men who are doing their research regarding prostate surgery get an honest opinion from a real patient regarding Dr. Gorin's approach to addressing my personal problems. I was initially under the care of another urologist, who was a good person, but was not getting to the root of the issue. Dr. Gorin asked me to complete an initial survey to rate various prostate related issues I was having and then reviewed my medical history with me. He recommended the best procedure to meet my needs (Aquablation), but left the final decision to me. Overall, the procedure was a success and my life has changed. He always kept me at ease, but also was direct to the point for what I needed to do to resolve my issues. I am grateful to have found him and appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone considering prostate surgery.
