Lung, right, middle lobe, cryobiopsy:WELL DIFFERENTIATED NEUROENDOCRINETUMOR Dr.Morris identified the main tumor and also spread into ribs and lymph node. He recommended peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) with Lutetium (Lu-177) dotatate. Due to the NET being somatostatin receptor Lu-177 is a radioactive substance which attaches to the tumor cells. It is given as an infusion into a vein (IV). The whole process was easy, comfortable and relatively painless. The staff are friendly and attentive. They get my highest recommendation.
