My husband & I met Dr.Ruben during a cardiology emergency and we were so pleased with his knowledge, bedside manner, his skills & his patients with us. He is thorough, thoughtful & an excellent diagnostician. He does test that are necessary & had RESPECT for our health insurance lemitations. We are planning to continue our heart care needs with Dr. Ruben because he has proven to be a an excellent physician and his office staff are reliable & dependable & friendly.
