I have been going to the Zimmer Medical Group for over 20 years now. Dr. Zimmer has always been caring, understanding, and extremely competent. He has listened carefully to any questions or concerns I have had. I couldn't join the consiege practice because of the expense, but shortly after I was invited to see the new physician on my regular health plan. I often see a nurse practitioner, usually Gina Scaggs, who is knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I especially like participating in this cooperative practice model. Both the front office staff and the medical/nursing assistants have always been very plesant, caring, and patient with me. I always feel welcome there. I have no trouble making appointments when needed. I have rarely waited more than 5-10 minutes to be seen and then the visit is as thorough as needed without feeling rushed. I am an old lady now and hope to stay with these caring people until God calls me home.
