I worked with Dr. Fisher for 13 years soon after he graduated and started at Kaiser HMO. He developed into a caring, thoughtful doctor, and I chose him for my adult son when he needed a PCP. So far, my son has been pleased and as a medical professional I follow everything very carefully. I pulled my son from another provider who I felt was incompetent. Dr. Fisher works within the constraints that any medical office puts on providers in terms of time limits per appointment, and there are always emergencies to divert every providers attention. It is up to the office staff to manage patient expectations when that happens.
