After two procedures to eliminate large stones from both kidneys, I have been pain and complication free. Dr Binner was a pleasure to work with. He was kind, took time to fully answer questions, empathetic, and professional. He explained my options and not only didn’t push me toward the most invasive, he made me very comfortable and confident with the final choice. Dr. Binner has fairly recently taken over a practice in Naples.I did encounter office staff communication problems. Before my initial appointment and once post op, I could call, but was always directed through the Genesis system to leave a message. I did. It would take several calls and several messages over several days to get called back. That is likely a Genesis system issue or a manager issue. Dr. Binner is worth the effort. Be persistent if you run into office problems. You WILL get through. When you see him, tell him so he can fix issues as they come up.
