I feared finding a new doctor at 'my age', and after having had Kaiser for 20 years. But, upon meeting Dr. Chase through a beautifully orchestrated ZOOM arrangement (thanks to his amazing and friendly staff), I realized at once I was in the company of a true professional with awesome bedside manners (ZOOMSIDE?). His ability to keep me focused (not easy), ask the right questions, and decide upon actionable and agreeable solutions was a true Godsend. In addition, when I recently needed an urgent 'zoomchat', he was able to accommodate me immediately. I only wish I had met Dr. Chase sooner!
