After 9 years of regular IVIG infusions, the treatment was suddenly off the table after suffering a multiple bilateral PE’s and DVT. Dr. Slama offered an alternative treatment which actually improved my mobility and strength. 2 years later, I’m doing better now on the new treatment than 9years of IVIG infusions. He’s a fantastic doctor.
