Nurse staff is friendly. I LOVE their scheduling, they have early walk in hours and scheduling a same day appointment has never been a problem. I visit the Richmond or Sugar Land locations and since they have digital medical records I've never had a problem. I bring all four of my children for flu shots, vaccinations, sport physicals and the occasional illness. The waiting room is even separated for well and sick patients, which I think is an A+++.
