I previously gave Dr. Buch three stars due to problems with his billing. After back-and-forth with his billing department I finally wrote him a personal letter. It took him a while but he actually called me himself. He apologized over and over. I am changing my grade because my only problem in the past was with his billing and not with his surgical skills. It is not very often that surgeons call patients even dealing with Surgical issues which are usually left to an assistant. I have to give props to Dr. Buch for making the phone call himself it takes a big man to do that.
