I cannot recommend Dr. Horwitz enough for his surgical treatment of Morton's Neuroma using cryotherapy to deaden the nerve without cutting. This procedure does not risk the formation of a painful stump neuroma, but accurately and aggressively treats the neuroma that was preventing me from the activities I was no longer able to do. I could walk well enough afterwards, in shoes in a few weeks. at 2 months out I had some nerve pain and signals when the nerve appeared to be adjusting to the treatment, which I could immediately stop with a little massage of my toes, but no morton's type pain. I could feel numbness on the inner half of each toe out from the neuroma location. Four months out I could do all the things I wanted to, aggressive tennis, snowboarding, but after lots of exertion would feel just a bit of pressure in the area, the numbness does not affect proprioception at all. 8-9 months out, my foot is 100%, no limits, and am so grateful for his treatment.
