Dr. Feinberg is my new hero! A few days ago I developed what I think is an abscess and of course my regular dentist is closed (coronavirus concerns). I called my dental insurer, who put me in touch with Dr. Feinberg. I'm not his patient, he didn't have to talk to me, and he couldn't bill for the consultation, but he had a thorough conversation with me and then called in a prescription for an antibiotic to my local pharmacy. He didn't have to do any of that! He's a total mensch and I will certainly become his patient once all of this is over (assuming I again require an endodontist, which I really hope I don't). :-)
