Dr. Murphy had an excellent bedside manner during my appointment and took the time to thoroughly explain (even using diagrams) exactly what is going on with my kidney stone. He was also very knowledgable about how to treat the stone and explained the procedure in a way I could understand. He was probably one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. His nurse, Brenda was also extremely friendly and put me at ease.
