Dr. Wilkins is a very nice person and addressed my situation in a very assertive and professional way. I do want to say that I had to go personally to make my appointment because the person who answers the phone in the Santa Barbara's office, in Cape Coral is unfriendly and not helpful. I called twice on different days. On 8-12-24 at 10:21 The lady asked my name and date of birth and asked me to wait.After 5 minutes she hung up the phone. I tried again on 8-28, again, she asked me for name and date of birth, after that, she said: I can't hear you. When I asked: what part you did not hear? She hung up again.Also when I went to see Dr. Andrew a couple of months before, the youngest woman in the front desk was very unfriendly. I really believe this office help needs to be evaluated by the manager or it will cause these Podiatrist to loose some business.
