Dr. Lutz has been our skin cancer specialist since 2008. His is an independent, one-doctor office with no affiliation with any conglomerate. He is extremely thorough in his routine diagnostic examinations. When surgery is necessary, he uses the MOHS method. Following surgery, we are in a private room waiting for examination of the tissue to assure that the cancer has been totally excised. The doctor himself does the stitching following successful surgery. He is very good about explaining what is needed and what he has done. The follow-up visit a week after surgery is included in the initial cost. In addition to Dr. Lutz' excellence, he has a highly capable office and nursing staff, several who have been with him for as long as we have been seeing him. Thid, in my opinion, is an indication of his proficiency.
