I had no problem with Dr. Fulton or his staff as they were wonderful but the office staff was not helpful and rude. On my first visit I asked if they accepted Medicare in full and the yes or no answer was evaded many times. They kept saying my secondary would pick up the difference. I have never paid for physical therapy since I've been on Medicare. I got a bill and called the office asking why I received it and the woman answered and said Medicare paid this much and my secondary didn't pay. Well that didn't make sense because if Medicare pays, then the secondary pays. When I kept asking questions she hung up on me which is rude. I will let my doctor know that they do not accept Medicare IN FULL even with a secondary. Times are hard and this is unnecessary. Be aware.
