I broke my wrist on Sunday and needed to go back into the ER to have my fingers and shoulder x-rayed. Dr. O'Brien-McGinty was incredibly professional, caring and provided clear explanations to my questions. Even though I work in healthcare (referral authorizations), its different when you are the patient. At the end of my appointment, I asked him if he would help me with FMLA paperwork I needed to complete asap and my soonest appointment with an orthopedic doctor is December 14th. In addition, I have been waiting six months for a new PCP provider appointment and I am scheduled in March 2024. Dr. O'Brien-McGinty took my paperwork and completed it within 15 minutes and returned it to me personally. In this unpredictable world that we live in I felt incredibly grateful to be able to have such an amazing doctor.
