Dr. Carlisle listened to my concerns at my consult and even told me some things I didn’t really want to hear about tissue damage I had from kids. We did a tummy tuck with muscle repair, implant replacement, and some lipo for shape. Whole experience was awesome…which I’m not sure you get to say after a 5 hour surgery very often. Being prepared, having support at home and taking responsibility for your part in recovery as the patient also plays a huge role in YOUR outcome. His assessment of the tissues has proven correct in the long run so I may need to get the lift he recommended initially. I just wasn’t ready for that mentally at the time and he respected that. I’ve never gotten arrogant vibes from him either which tends to be an issue with plastic surgeons in my experience. Dr. Carlisle, if you read this, please stay humble and thanks for repairing what had been damaged after my (awesome and worth it) kids.
