I went to Dr. Shapiro at his Staten Island location for Mohs surgery. I walked in there a nervous wreck. Dr Shapiro and his amazing bedside manner completely put me at ease. His entire staff was so comforting and patient with me. Having to have this surgery on my face was what made me so nervous but Dr. Shapiro was beyond empathetic to me and comforted me every step of the way. His entire staff went out of there way to make sure I was ok, even calling me days after to check on me. They are reliable and efficient. The ease of making the appointment was seamless and I would recommend him to everyone.
