Surgery is never fun but I had such confidence in Dr Sims and the whole Piedmont Orthopedics team. It is a well run practice and I was always seen quickly. Dr Sims is incredibly personable and skilled and always explains things thoroughly. I highly recommend him for any ankle or foot procedures. I had a tendon transfer and calcaneal osteotomy done and was well recovered by six months.
