The most recent visit was a bit challenging. I arrived at the appointment on-time, but the receptionist stated that they might not honor the appointment which was scheduled 6-months ago and she would, "try and fit me in". Not sure why you have to 'fit-in' an appointment, but that was her declaration. The waiting room was cleaner than the prior visit, but fixtures and hardware could probably use a dusting in the next month. There were no obvious cups at the Keurig machine, but it was stocked with sugar, creamer, etc. In the end they did 'fit me in' with my regular hygienist, after a 29 minute wait; originally they tried to place me with someone with whom I have had no prior experience. Shatara is excellent, but disappointed that Dr. Swindasz is leaving. This office continues to have a lot a turn-over at all levels which is discouraging. It is like going to a different dentist every 2-years without getting a discount. That being said, the staff are generally courteous.
