Patient Reviews
Jul 16, 2020
Dr. Gleason is literally a Godsend. My son was diagnosed with leukemia when he was 2yo in June 2017. Dr. Gleason came to be our oncologist at the end of 2017 after we had some issues with another oncologist at the same hospital. He is incredibly patient with my millions of questions and concerns, he explains things in layman’s terms so I don’t feel he is ever condescending or patronizing and he is wonderful with my now 5yo son. He’s not afraid to say he doesn’t know the answer to something; to the point he will sit in the exam room and research with us in room with him. I’ve never had a doctor do that before. He is all for parents and patients input and opinions, even when I’m sure he doesn’t always agree with them. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Gleason. I don’t wish pediatric cancer on any family, but if it’s a valley you find yourself in...Dr. Gleason is the best choice you can make for an Oncologist. ??

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
