I have been seeing Dr. Grof for 7 years. Before seeing him I saw numerous neurologists in Atlanta and St Louis. I met him briefly and yes his intelligence can come off as arrogant sometimes, but the man was able to diagnose the root of my migraines. He described what they felt like and its progression in my body over the last 15 years of chronic pain. His intelligence gave me my life back and I was able to get off many of my medications. Over 7 years my husband and I have gotten to know him better. He has been kind and his staff are wonderful. They have fought with insurance over and over again to get my treatments covered. Every year we go through needing prior authorizations and every year they battle back and forth with insurance. He is an incredibly smart man and knows his stuff. If you are looking for a neurologist who can help you, especially with pain that other doctor's can't seem to help or understand, go see Dr. Grof. I will be forever thankful to him.
